The Depo shot is pretty fool proof. And most people have a hard time getting pregnant for at least 3 months after going off it. But if you are worried about it. Go to the doctor a blood test is accurat within 48 hours. A home test can tell you within a week.

Depo is pretty fool proof even if you miss it by a few days. I would talk to your doc, cause if you happened to be preggers - it could cause problems and complications.
